Explore your tasks and responsibilities

  • Provide document control & administrative support to the department
  • Record and distribute all the incoming and outgoing correspondence, update the submittal, RFI
  • (Request For Information) and transmittal log daily.

  • Scan and save the soft copy of the documents into the specified folder.
  • Filing - All documents shall be filed properly with label and keep in the appropriate area. Prepare project weekly reports on all incoming and outgoing documents for submission.
  • Assist the project manager and engineers on site on all administration works.
  • Assist in OMM, Monthly Report and Project Tender.
  • Weekly minutes taking.
  • Assist the new users on correspondence log.
  • All general works and secretarial jobs other than document control’s work.

Show your expertise

  • Computer skills eg Microsoft Office
  • Good knowledge of documentation
