In our HR team in Stuttgart, we are now looking for support in the area of talent management. This position is initially limited to two years

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

  • Development and implementation of personnel development and talent management tools
  • Skills management: systematic planning, implementation and control of the establishment, maintenance and development of skills
  • Preparation and implementation of onboarding, support and advice for managers and employees
  • Conception, implementation, maintenance and further development of our training administration
  • Selection of and negotiation with external and internal service providers (e.g. trainers, lecturers and seminar providers)
  • Preparation of specialist information, guidelines for action and presentations
  • Preparation of internal communication for personnel development offers
  • Organization of seminars and training courses: Your work includes working in day-to-day operations, from assessing the need for further training to organizing and implementing the resulting training measures and workshops
  • Follow-up and evaluation of further training events and preparation of evaluations and reports
  • Independent project work (e.g. trending topics)
  • Administrative work in day-to-day operations

Show your expertise

  • Completed degree (Bachelor / Master) in (business) psychology with a focus on personnel / organizational development or business administration with a focus on human resources
  • First professional experience (e.g. through internships or practical projects) in the personnel / training area
  • Enjoy teamwork and communication
  • Energy, holistic thinking as well as pronounced self-reliant solution and implementation orientation
  • Ability to understand complex relationships and to prepare them in a comprehensible and target group-oriented manner
  • A high degree of reliability, flexibility and creative drive
  • Excellent planning and organizational talent
  • Good analytical and conceptual skills
  • Confident handling of the MS Office package, especially PowerPoint and Excel, gladly also further IT knowledge e.g. LMS in SuccessFactors
  • Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written, and strong communication skills
