In this role, you will be responsible for construction activities and tasks within complex EPC projects or sub-projects for production plants and buildings in the industries of the future such as semiconductor, photovoltaic or battery.
Explore your tasks and responsibilities
- Construction management of high-tech industrial projects
- Ensure quality, procedures, and workflows on the construction site
- Coordinate construction activities and subcontractors
- Coordinate and review construction progress
- Ensure compliance with EHS regulations
- Review and approve on-site measurements
- Participate in daily coordination and toolbox meetings
- Participate in site inspections and acceptance inspections
- Defect recording and tracking
Show your expertise
- Relevant education in construction
- Professional experience in construction supervision of investment projects
- Good knowledge of building codes, laws, local regulations and standards
- Good MS Office skills
- Willingness and ability to travel and stay on site for extended periods of time
- Independent and service-oriented way of working as well as good communication skills
- Very good knowledge of German and English (C1/C2), both written and spoken, to ensure smooth communication with staff and authorities, some of whom are exclusively German-speaking
