Are you experienced in construction logistics and ready to take the next step in your career? As a Logistic Manager for a data center project in Liscate (IT), you will oversee site logistics, material storage, and transport coordination, ensuring smooth operations.
Working closely with CSA teams, you will manage deliveries, off-site storage, and contractor coordination, playing a key role in maintaining an organized and efficient site setup.
Explore your tasks and responsibilities
- Facilities forecasting, planning, budgeting, installation and management of (toilets, canteen, drying rooms, storage, etc), Offices and parking for construction staff
- Space management onsite including laydown, storage parking areas
- Subcontractor space and facilities allocation
- Safe vehicular traffic and pedestrian (walkways) management onsite
- External traffic management with client to comply with local authority permits including staggering contractor arrival times etc
- Maintain Secure site and associated facilities including fencing, access systems turnstiles etc
- Delivery logistics management including arrivals staging and dock management with the client and clients subcontractors
- Ongoing management of logistics safety, waste management, housekeeping and compliance
- Client interface management
- Welfare facilities management and delivery including canteen facilities, cleaning etc
Show your expertise
- BSc in Construction Management / BC/master degree in Civil engineering or similar
- English & Italian at C1 level
- Excellent communications skills and ability to build relationships across the spectrum of the construction project stakeholders from client management to subcontractor
Highly desirable (but not mandatory)
- Driving License & own transport
- SAP knowledge
- Ideally 5 to 10 years with on-site experience and 2 years in construction logistics management role
