We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR leader to join our international team. As the Vice President, HR Business Partner (VP HRBP) for our gloabl Bio Life Sciences (BLS) and Data Center business units, you will partner with senior leaders across Exyte to provide strategic HR leadership aligned with our company’s growth objectives in BLS and Data Center. 
This pivotal role will be responsible for shaping and driving people strategies that promote leadership development, workforce optimization, and an inclusive organizational culture—ensuring operational excellence and long-term success of our global businesses.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

  • Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the business goals of BLS and Data Center units, supporting Exyte’s expansion in BLS / Data Center markets worldwide
  • Foster a culture of leadership across the BLS and Data Center organization and support the growth of leadership capabilities to ensure a talent pipeline for current and future organizational needs
  • Lead initiatives in talent development, and employee retention, including performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement programs
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to guide business transformation projects, providing insights into organizational design, workforce planning and HR implications of operational changes
  • Drive employee engagement strategies to enhance workplace satisfaction, productivity, and retention—ensuring Exyte remains an employer of choice in the technology and engineering sectors
  • Ensure that diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives are embedded in all HR strategies to build an inclusive culture that attracts and retains top talent
  • Oversee the implementation of performance management systems and compensation frameworks that align with company goals and remain competitive in the global market
  • Collaborate with regional and global HR teams to ensure alignment and consistency of HR initiatives with Exyte’s overall strategy and best practices

Show your expertises

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally within the technology, engineering, or large-scale infrastructure sectors
  • Proven experience in talent management, leadership development, workforce planning, and organizational design
  • Demonstrated ability to lead HR initiatives through organizational change in complex, project-driven environments
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at the senior leadership level
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex issues to a wide range of stakeholders in English, German language is plus
