We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our Biopharma and Life Sciences (BLS) Global Business Unit.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Shape Exyte’s BLS sustainability approach,
• Support our sales and business development activities,
• Open new business opportunities through excellence in Sustainability,
• Elaborate state-of-the-art sustainability solutions both for the design and for the life cycle of the facilities,
• Develop sustainability as a service, either stand alone or within capex projects,
• Help engineers to develop and implement sustainability plans on our CapEx projects.

Show your expertises

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field.
• Fluent in English
• Previous experience in relevant SME or corporate functions.
• Proven experience in sustainability roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to sustainability.
• Strong understanding of Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions and their implications for pharmaceutical companies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with clients.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and innovative thinking.
