Discover your exciting roles

Working side-by-side with senior Cost Control, Commercial Manager and Project Management professionals, you’ll help track budgets, analyse cost trends and deliver clear, timely reports on high-value EPC/EPCM projects in the pharma, semiconductor and oil & gas sectors.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

  • Support the Commercial team during bidding phase
  • Support monthly cost reviews: research variances and develop cash-flow curves.
  • Assist in probabilistic (Monte Carlo) and what-if scenario analyses under guidance from the Lead Cost Controller
  • Populate dashboards, S-curves and KPIs in SAP S/4HANA, Excel; issue draft reports in English for internal and client review
  • Ensure data integrity between cost, schedule and procurement systems
  • Log trends, deviations and potential change notices; quantify preliminary cost impacts
  • Participate in lessons-learned workshops and implement agreed action items

Show your expertises

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, Economics or similar
  • First experience in Cost Control, Finance or Quantity Surveying on capital projects (EPC/EPCM preferred)
  • Advanced Excel and SAP skills essential
  • Eager to deepen skills in Monte Carlo simulation and scenario modelling
  • Fluent English (written & spoken); Italian is advantageous
  • Willingness to travel or relocate within Italy for project assignments
