Are you interested in managing significant high-tech construction projects in future-oriented sectors such as semiconductor or battery industry? Then you've come to the right place! As a Supervisor Construction Management - Process System (m/f/d), you are on the construction sites overseeing our subcontractors as well as managing the execution of complex EPC projects or subprojects for plants and factories.​​​​​​​

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

  • Construction management of high-tech industrial projects with focus Process System
  • Ensuring that construction projects are carried according to schedule and a high level of quality 
  • Coordination and monitoring of subcontractors, as well as overall oversight of the activities on construction site
  • Documentation of the construction progress and reporting to construction managers
  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with EHS regulations
  • Attending site inspection, acceptance inspections and meetings
  • Recording defects and tracking defect resolution progress
  • Measurement creation and verification of submitted documents from subcontractors

Show your expertise

  • Relevant qualification in construction (e.g., master's or technician qualification) or entry-level candidate with engineering degree
  • Experience in construction management would be a plus 
  • Basic knowledge of building codes, local regulations and standards 
  • Willingness to travel within D-A-CH region and to stay on site for 5 days during project assignments
  • Intercultural competence, team spirit and ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in German, both written and spoken to ensure an effective communication with German-speaking staff and authorities
  • German driver's license class B
