Are you experienced in construction logistics and ready to take the next step in your career? As a Construction Logistic Manager for a Data Center project in Liscate (IT), you will oversee crane and lifting activities, site logistics, material storage, and transport coordination, ensuring smooth operations.
Working closely with CSA teams, you will manage deliveries, off-site storage, and contractor coordination, playing a key role in maintaining an organized and efficient site setup.
Explore your tasks and responsibilities
- Developing lift plans and procedures and overseeing all lifts
- Temporary works coordination on site for crane bases, hoardings, excavations, scaffolding
- Plan site set-up to move labor and materials around site efficiently (eg hoarding, gates, site accommodation, cranes, hoists, security, temporary services, material delivery and waste management strategy, catering)
- Plan internal and external logistics routes through the project phases focusing on separation of vehicles, machinery and people, Lay down areas and offloading points
- Ensuring the organization’s safety policies are followed
- Welfare facilities management and delivery including canteen facilities, cleaning etc
Show your expertises
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred
- + 5 years' experience of construction operations experience
- Data Center Projects or large scale projects preferred
- Appointed Person (AP) for Lifting Operation
- English & Italian at C1 level
- Excellent communications skills and ability to build relationships across the spectrum of the construction project stakeholders from client management to subcontractor
- Current full Italien driving licence
- Strong understanding of construction safety regulations, codes, and best practices.
- Possess strong planning, organisational and team work skills
