As Expert Community Engagement (m/f/d), you will be the link between Exyte and the local Dresden and Saxony communities. You will help shape how we engage with regional stakeholders – including community members, government bodies, business partners, and local industry players. You will be responsible for accomplishing broader community awareness and engagement, as well as execution of respective strategies. Your work will directly contribute to building trust, fostering long-term relationships, and positioning Exyte as a responsible and engaged corporate citizen. This position requires established ties into the local Dresden community and (local) semiconductor industry.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategy and plan for community outreach and engagement.
• Analyze the local landscape to identify opportunities for community and CSR engagement.
• Monitor and evaluate the success of engagement initiatives, including defining KPIs and reporting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with community members, organizations, and local government, and represent Exyte at public events and community initiatives.
• Serve as a liaison between Exyte, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Strengthen our presence and reputation within the Dresden and Saxony business and industrial community.
• Manage engagement budgets, including planning and tracking.

Show your expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Affairs, Business, or a related field (preferred)
• Several years of professional experience in community relations, stakeholder engagement, or public affairs – ideally in construction, infrastructure, and/or a multinational company
• Strong network in the Dresden/Saxony region, including public and private sector contacts
• Demonstrated success in planning and implementing community engagement strategies, both small- and large-scale
• Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and work with diverse communities
• Experience managing budgets and measuring engagement success
• Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills, as well as a high degree of initiative and flexibility.
• Fluency in German and English
