The Business Unit Cleanroom Products specializes in the development, production and marketing of high-quality products and tailor-made project solutions for demanding cleanroom environments.
Our broad product range enables tailor-made, customer-oriented solutions in key industries such as semiconductor manufacturing, the pharmaceutical industry and battery production.
From the initial consultation during project planning, through technical design and development, to production, installation and commissioning, we support our customers with an experienced and international team - offering a comprehensive service from a single source.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities
- Passion for Sales: Developing and successfully implementing sales strategies in the B2B business is in your blood. Identifying and acquiring new business opportunities for our cleanroom components and systems is one of your core competencies. Every activity you undertake is aimed at achieving the company's goals and derived from them.
- Hunting: You know how to approach new customers and turn them into long-term relationships. You enjoy tackling technical challenges with your customers and finding solutions together.
- Face of the Company: Presenting technical products and solutions is part of your responsibilities, as is participating in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events. You are comfortable in the spotlight and enjoy giving technical presentations to international audiences.
- Win as One: You are the link between our customers and the technical team. With your communication skills and technical understanding, you approach customer inquiries in a structured manner, examine technical issues, and work closely with various departments, utilizing international opportunities. Your goal is to develop customer-specific solutions, and you excel both externally and internally.
- Taking Responsibility: Leading contract negotiations, providing calculations and quotations, and your negotiation skills enable you to actively accompany projects from inquiry to contract conclusion and after-sales internationally.
- Market Knowledge: You know your customer base, the battery cell manufacturing market, and have an open eye beyond the horizon. You use market analyses and competitor observations to prepare strategic decisions.

- We Want to Meet You: You are a sales talent with technical understanding and the ability to clearly explain complex technical products. You speak the language of our customers and communicate at eye level. New contacts inspire you, and you enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
- Your Experience & Education: Several years of experience in technical sales, B2B, ideally of complex products is desirable. A university degree in a technical field, preferably with a focus on mechanical or supply engineering, manufacturing technology, engineering or a comparable field is required. An existing network in cleanroom- or air conditioning/ ventilation technology in the manufacturing sector is a plus but not mandatory.
- Your Work Style: You are proactive, strong in closing deals, communicative, and enjoy working in a team. You take responsibility, organize yourself independently, have a goal-oriented work style, and actively live out your sales strengths.
- Your Superpower: You are confident, have good people skills, and know how to navigate internationally. Strong communication & negotiation skills, and persuasiveness round off your profile.
- Do you speak English and German? We require very good German and English skills to meet our customers and partners internationally at eye level. Corresponding international travel readiness is necessary and enriches our daily work.
