Compliance is the Right Way! Everywhere, for everyone – this motto drives us at the Corporate Compliance Department at Exyte’s headquarters in Stuttgart. As a fast growing global group of companies, working in the fields that define the future of technology, we face new challenges in data protection every day. As our new (Senior) Specialist Data Protection (m/f/d), you’ll join the Corporate Data Protection Team, reporting directly to the Head of Data Protection. If you’re passionate about personal data, and maintaining systems to keep them safe, and making a real difference in a dynamic international environment – we can’t wait to hear from you!

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

Implement and maintain data protection processes, policies, and organizational meausres as well as transparancy information
Manage the record of processing activities and review data processing agreements
Coordinate and support regional/local data protection coordinators and drive privacy initiatives
Handle data subject requests and deliver training sessions on data protection topics
Prepare and provide trainings on data protection matters

Show your expertise

Degree in Law, Business, IT, or a related field
A strong interest in data protection
Solid understanding of GDPR; certifications by CIPP/E, TÜV/BSI or qualifications in ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 are a plus
Qualifications in ISO 27001, ISO 27701 or Data Protection Certificates (e.g. CIPP/E, BSI or TUEV) are an advantage
Hands-on experience in data protection, preferably in an international setting
A good understanding of IT systems and data workflows
Proactive, organized, and clear communicator – fluent in English and a good understanding in German
