Compliance is the Right Way! – that’s our motto in the Corporate Compliance Department at Exyte in Stuttgart. As a fast-growing global leader in industries like semiconductors, batteries, pharmaceuticals, biotech, and data centers, Compliance provides a robust framework for our growth and is more important than ever.

We’re looking for a passionate Expert Compliance (m/f/d) to join our dynamic Corporate Compliance Team. If you’re enthusiastic about Compliance and governance, and eager to make a real difference in an international environment – we can’t wait to hear from you!

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Drafting and refining policies to prevent bribery, conflicts of interest, and discrimination, or to safeguard confidentiality and to protect human rights.
• Designing and implementing cutting-edge Compliance processes.
• Leading engaging communication campaigns and interactive training sessions.
• Conducting thorough internal investigations and managing our Speak Up system.
• Keeping a pulse on international Compliance trends and introducing innovative measures.

Show your expertise

• Degree in Law, Economics, or a comparable qualification.
• Hands-on experience in Compliance or governance, ideally in an international setting.
• Structured, process-oriented, proactive and detail-focused way of working.
• A natural communicator, fluent in German and English.
