Job Summary


The Architect V is responsible for working with multiple stakeholders and guide the architectural team during the design/construction process. Architect I will have three main customers: the Client, Discipline Design Leads, and Exyte Management team. Will interface daily primarily with internal stakeholders, including but not limited to: Project Management Team, Architects, Design Leads, QA/QC Manager, and the Architectural Discipline Lead.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Trains and develops Architectural Designers in all processes/procedures/standards
• Coordinates, guides, and oversees the team to achieve the correct technical solutions to difficult design and client problems
• Reviews architectural drawings for completeness, constructability, and coordination
• Collaborates with design and technical teams while supporting or leading the development of design deliverables from studies to Construction Documents, including drawings and specifications
• Maintains primary accountability for all architectural designs, sharing design responsibility
• Mentors Interns and junior members of project teams
• Participates in the development of office standards and procedures
• Other duties as assigned


•Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required
•12+ years of experience
•5+ years of experience with semiconductor and microelectronics facilities
•Master’s in Architecture preferred
•Architectural License (AIA) required
•LEED® AP with Specialty or GA (Green Associate) preferred
•Nation Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) Certificate preferred
•Experience executing projects utilizing Autodesk Building System Software
•Experience with Design-Build a plus
•Experience managing teams utilizing Autodesk Building Systems Software Experience with Design-Build a plus
•Experience in global teams and/or multi-office project execution is desirable
•Exhibit characteristics of a leader
•Strong communication skills, ability to multi-task, and thrive in a fast paced environment
•Be capable of enjoying the work and keeping a positive attitude in a challenging environment
•Knowledgeable and productive in the Autodesk Building System Software work environment
•Exhibit a professional demeanour and be a proactive problem solver
•Understands Standard Installation Details, client BIM standards, industry drafting and design standards
•Demonstrable proficiency with Autodesk Building Systems Software
•Adept at interfacing with and aligning multiple stakeholders with diplomacy
•Exhibit a professional demeanour and be a proactive problem solver
