Job Summary

The Project Administrator is responsible for providing support to Department Leaders. Provides secretarial services and administrative assistance for the day-to-day activities within a department.

Duties & Responsibilities

•Supports leaders in the day-to-day operations for a given department
•Coordinates with leaders on scheduling and organizing meetings
•Actively participates in monthly admin conference calls and reporting back on office accomplishments, as well as issues
•Keeps track of office supplies and replenishes the stock with new items when needed
•Implements and maintains filing systems for the office
•Provides suggestions to the management on the overall functioning of the office
•Other duties as assigned


•High School Diploma or GED required
