Job Summary

As a QAQC Inspector:

 

You are committing to work safely and ensure your actions do not harm yourself or others.  You are expected to maintain a relationship to safety where you hold yourself responsible for your own safety as well as the safety of each person in the office. Each employee is required to cooperate with TFS management and comply with TFS rules and procedures, which will help to attain our Injury and Incident Free workplace objectives.

 

You are responsible for providing and maintaining a safe and healthy work place, ensuring that safe work systems are implemented as part of your job and for receiving IIF training.  You will also support the creation and maintenance of an Incident and Injury Free Workplace.

 

You are expected to make a personal commitment to and adopt the TFS commitment to always provide a safe workplace where we strive for an Incident and Injury Free environment that enables everyone to go home safe every day.  You will take a leadership role with rest of the TFS staff to provide a clear and concise position about our commitment to an Incident and Injury Free workplace.  When required, you are to participate in OSHA, CERT, HAZMAT, client specific, and TFS specific EH&S training.  Lastly, you will serve as an evangelist in the dissemination of the TFS Care and Concern for others safety culture.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Directly responsible to the quality assurance supervisor the technician is assigned to by the company.
  • Maintain and direct the below listed activities on behalf and in the best interest of TFS.
  • Provide direct supervision of Level I QA technicians when required.
  • Conduct and coordinate all activities required to successfully provide quality assurance on an individual project, including but not limited to:
  1. Installation inspections
  2. Perform project status reporting
  3. Customer / Installation relationship development
  4. Conformance / non-conformance reporting
  5. Perform or witness Pressure Test
  6. Documentation and archive per published MMSI procedures
  7. Other Duties as assigned

Requirements

4 to 5 years of QAQC experience
