Corporate Project Risk Manager (m/f/d)

A task that challenges


  • Contribute to an efficient project risk management system and report accurately via:
    • Monthly structured reporting (project risk management)
    • Permanent active reporting on newly identified risks or deviations
  • Lead and deliver allocated project risk assessment (assessment, process and recommendation) at pre-contracting stage:
    • Contract terms and conditions
    • Budget
    • Schedule
    • Resources
    • Scope of works
  • Lead and deliver projects execution control:
    • Group Project Reports (GRP)
    • Project risk reviews
    • Ad-hoc project reviews
  • Capable to form a personal view on risks
  • Perform risk assessments from the above responsibilities either as a single individual responsible or insight a broader team
  • Ensure all documentation is managed in the documentation system (e.g. Sharepoint)
  • Ensure a permanent communication with the operational teams (incl. travels and on-site reviews, expected 20-30% of time)
A background that convinces


  • Engineer degree (MEP preferred), Master is a plus
  • Minimum five years of work experience
  • Project execution experience
  • Autonomous, proactive & self-organized
  • Team player
  • Capability to form an individual view
  • Capability to interact in a multicultural environment
  • Capability to diplomatically challenge the status-quo and offer solutions
  • Synthesis capability
  • Communication skills
  • English language skills (good business level)
  • Microsoft Office
  • Schedule software (MS project, Primavera)
