EMEA Regional Risk Manager (m/f/d)

A task that challenges
  • Support the Head of Corporate Risk Management to ensure that regulatory duties are fulfilled:
    • Compliant system and organization
    • Accurate information to investors and market
  • Support in the design and implementation of  the risk management framework at regional level:
    • Support roll-out of ERM system
    • Deploy group risk management policies and procedures
    • Provide training to regional functions and operations team across the region
  • Drive an efficient risk management system within the region and report accurately via:
    • Prepare and organize the quarterly structured reporting (Group risk reporting cycle)
    • Permanent active reporting on newly identified risks or deviations in the ERM system
    • Ensures that identified risks are raised and accurately treated for the mid-term planning, according to Exyte’s internal policies and external regulatory instructions
    • Follow-up of controls and mitigation measures
    • Organize a permanent visibility of the regional risk profile for the regional senior management
  • Manage an accurate and permanent exchange and support to the manager of Internal Controls System
  • Contribute to an efficient project risk management system and report accurately via:
    • Monthly structured reporting (project risk management)
    • Permanent active reporting on newly identified risks or deviations
  • Manage at regional level the project risk management process:
    • Ensure the completeness of documentation for a risk assessment
    • Organizes at regional level risk assessments and risk committees, for projects both above and below corporate threshold
    • Ensure coordination with CPRM
  • Manage at regional level the project execution control process:
    • Ensure a sanity check of Group Project Reports (GPR)
    • Manage timely upload of Group Project Reports (GPR)
    • Organize and attend project risk reviews (Webex and on-site)
    • Circulate and follow-up of action tracker
    • Organize and attend ad-hoc project reviews
  • Ensure all documentation is managed in the documentation system (e.g. Sharepoint, Connected Risk)
  • Ensures a permanent communication with the operational teams (incl. travels and on-site reviews, expected 30%-40% of time)
A background that convinces
  • Bachelor’s degree, Master is a plus
  • Several years of experience with project execution in an international environment
  • Experience in interaction with senior management and in matrix organization
