Head of Process LSC (m/f/x)

Duties & Responsibilities

 

  • Management of all process department within Central Europe (CE)
  • Management of resource planning and resource utilisation across all CE offices
  • Overlook performance in project execution and introduce corrective measures if required
  • Perform cold eye reviews in projects related to process
  • Contribute proposal management, -preparation and –review
  • Contribute to custumer key account management and participate to customer meetings
  • Lead and control process budgets together with related department managers
  • Define; prepare and train standards, SOP’s, workflows across CE offices related to process
  • Standardize systems, tools and SOP’s

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent in process/ bio-process
  • 15+ years in LSC regulated GMP knowledge
  • Project Management experience
  • Proven leadership skills working across multiple disciplines / departments
  • Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills in German and also in English
  • Exceptional organization and coordination skills
  • Deep GMP knowledge and also multinational project execution experience
  • High willingness to travel
