A task that challenges


  • Provide implementation leadership, functional expertise and technical expertise for Exyte's SuccessFactors implementation
  • Solicit, analyze and document business requirements and translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Integrate our SAP SuccessFactors implementation with ERP, HR and non-HR technology platforms and processes
  • Provide a mix of technical, business process and administrative data management support
  • Collaborate with SAP SuccessFactors to keep up-to-date on new releases, perform impact analysis and make recommendations based upon impact on HR technology functionality or business processes
  • Manage data across heterogeneous systems with a focus on data quality
  • Participate in communications and change management affecting HR technology platforms an impacted processes
A background that convinces


  • Bachelor Degree / Master Degree in Information Technology or an equal degree in recognized university
  • Several years of working experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and at least one other module
  • Experience with bi-directional SuccessFactors interfaces and SF standard connectors
  • Excellent oral and written English skills and good German skills
  • Flexibility, communication and team working skills
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured and independent way of working
