Talent Management Expert (m/f/d)

Responsibilities
  • Coordinating and driving the performance management process, succession planning, and talent reviews in the EMEA region
  • Building up our internal talent pipeline and talent pools
  • Using data and analytics for driving more efficient talent outcomes
  • Continuously reviewing and developing our talent management processes to meet business needs
  • Working together with our functional leaders to ensure we match the talent needs of the functions now and in the future
  • Developing and implementing individual and functional development plans
  • Training and coaching our local HR Business Partners in efficiently running the processes in our countries  
  • Contributing to the topics of employee engagement, inclusion and diversity and learning and development
  • Participating in the development of our learning and development approach
  • Designing and facilitating trainings and workshops based on business needs
  • Further developing our talent management strategy

 

Requirements

 

  • A few years’ experience in owning annual talent management processes such performance management, succession planning and talent reviews
  • Passion for developing people and organizations
  • Development-oriented approach
  • Experience in creating and delivering trainings on talent and performance management topics  
  • Experience in facilitating workshops
  • Proven influencing skills
  • Good stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Conceptual thinking capabilities
  • Experience from development planning and actions is an advantage
  • Experience using psychometrics in employee assessment and development would be an advantage
  • Fluent in English, other languages are an advantage
