Construction Manager (m/f)

Major responsibilities:
  • Overall responsibility for construction activities on site
  • Leading a team of field engineers/supervisors to complete the construction activities in quality and time
  • Setting up and implementation of necessary Site Temporary Infrastructure plan
  • Establishing and implementation of the EHS program in cooperation with EHS manager
  • Creation and handling of construction schedule for the project together with the Project Manager
  • Reviewing the collaboration with contractors regarding progress, work methods and risks
  • Review and report the overall construction progress to the project manager and/or client
  • Regular coordination with project management and engineering disciplines
Your profile:
  • Completed technical education in the area of either Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Several years of relevant work experience as a Construction Manager in projects ideally for the biotechnological and pharmaceutical industry
  • Knowledge of international engineering codes
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and industry (cGMP) standards through proven experience
  • Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills, team player qualities
  • Very good command of spoken and written Greek as well as English, German is an advantage
  • Very good Autocad and Office knowledge
  • Willingness to relocate to Austria and to project-oriented business trips/long-term assignments (e.g.: Greece)

  • For this position we offer a gross salary of min. EUR 56.000 plus assignment allowance. Depending on your qualification and experience a competitive and performance-related package will be paid.
