We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Solution Architect Digital Workplace (m/f/d) to join our wonderful team. As Solution Architect Digital Workplace, you will be responsible for driving technology adoption and proficiency among employees experiencing our Digital Workplace platform. Explore your tasks and responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Digital Workplace adoption strategy, driving one of the largest operating system lifecycle projects this company has experienced
- Architecturally design and drive the entire Digital Workplace adoption lifecycle from a technical perspective, building the bridge between enterprise architecture, projects, and Service Management from needs assessment to continuous improvement
- Design secure, stable, and optimized solutions that prioritize the end-user experience as a core value.
- Identify and manage the implementation of projects around Windows Workplace, focussing on deployment, monitoring or automated operations and integrated security
- Ensure new applications and services are launched with and supported by Digital Workplace
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT infrastructure, applications, security, and business units, to ensure alignment of digital workplace services with organisational goals and objectives
- Represent the technical delivery of Digital Workplace services across the organisation
Show your expertise
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience in Microsoft architectures around Digital Workplace and its implementation
- Technical knowledge of digital workplace technologies
- Experience in design of Windows workplace ecosystem and management like printing, mobile phone (Apple) integration and lifecycle or hard- and software based peripheral management.
- Excellent technical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across international teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and strategic approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Microsoft Azure certification or formal training and proven cloud experience is required
- Proven track record in design of global Windows workplace ecosystems and their rollout
- Ability to adapt to change and embrace innovation, with a continuous improvement mindset
- Proficiency in English expected, German language skills desirable
