We are looking for a Specialist Estimating RIB Candy to support our efforts to implement and optimise the use of Candy software within Exyte Central Europe. The ideal candidate will have good experience in construction estimating and project costing as well as good knowledge of Candy software for tendering and project cost management.
This role requires a proactive individual who can help drive operational efficiencies and assist in the delivery of accurate and competitive estimates.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Independent preparation of cost estimates in various planning phases Feasibility Study, Concept Design, Basic Design and Detail Design (service phases 0-7 according to HOAI)
• Participation in cost control in the execution phase, cross-checking actual costs with target costs and writing them back into the calculation
• Creation of benchmarks for various project phases, e.g. according to the end product method, physical dimension method, according to actual performance values
• Evaluation and mass determination of technical drawings and R/I diagrams
• Application of the following methods:
  • Physical Dimension Method
  • Capacity Factor Method
  • End Product Units Method
  • Parametric Method
  • Detailed Estimating Methodologies
• Creation of a Quantitative Risk Analysis
• Control of the estimating process during the planning phase
• Active management, not only estimator but also manager
• Attend meetings and contribute insights as needed. Learning and Development
