Our team in Stuttgart is looking for support in the area of project and construction management. As a part of your daily work you will be dealing with various - both small and large - projects for the biopharma and life science industry, within a highly dedicated team of professionals. Accountable for overall construction performance, including but not limited to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety), Financial, Schedule and Quality performance for large EPC projects in the biopharma and life sciences industry
Leading the Exyte construction organization on site
Leading construction meetings with subcontractors on site
Definition of the construction execution plan for the projects
Definition of construction sequences and construction schedule at the beginning of the project
Definition of KPIs to measure construction performance on site
Develop and keep good communication and relationship with the client
Report the project construction status to the company management as per corporate procedures
Monitor and participate in the project risk identification and mitigation plan development process
Ensure corporate procedures, standards and guidelines are followed within the construction discipline
Be a visible, positive and encouraging example influence for the project team members, both internally and externally. Provide guidance and motivation to the team
Several years of experience in related industries (biopharma, life sciences) and EPC construction management experience
Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills in German and in English
Detailed knowledge of construction sequences and construction methodologies
Track record of successful project delivery within a large organization
