Are you interested in managing significant high-tech construction projects in future-oriented sectors like the data center industry? Then you've come to the right place! As a Senior Construction Manager - MEP (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the smooth execution of complex projects or sub-projects for our Data Center Business Unit in Vienna.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Responsibility for the construction management of industrial high-tech projects
• Taking overall responsibility for the timely, high-quality, and cost-effective execution of the entire scope of the project
• Providing support to our customers before, during and after the construction phase and participating in acquisition and contract negotiations
• Directing and leading all project participants and coordinating between customers, planners, executing firms, and authorities
• Scheduling and monitoring construction progress
• Ensuring compliance with EHS regulations
• Conducting site inspections and inspections for acceptance
• Recording defects and tracking defect resolution progress

Show your expertise

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in construction supervision of large-scale projects, as well as experience in leading project teams and subcontractors
• Experience in industrial or plant construction, particularly within the data center industry is preferred, but not required
• Excellent knowledge of building codes, local regulations and standards 
• Intercultural competence, teamwork, and leadership skills
• Excellent English skills, German skills are an advantage
