Our Commissioning teams help our clients build resilient, sustainable, and state-of-the-art mission-critical facilities across the globe, ultimately providing predictability in completion and ensuring the facilities our customers entrust us to build are operationally ready for their mission critical future.

As a Quality and commissioning document controller, you will be part of our quality & commissioning team and with your skills you will ensure projects are documented and handed over to our customers for complete transparency during operation.  
 

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

Manage the documentation process during for the project quality and commissioning scope. 

• Determine the document turnover process in line with customer and Exyte requirements for CSA and MEP systems in conjunction with the construction and commissioning teams. 
• Determine various internal document turnover requirements and KPIs such as naming conventions and time to upload once testing is complete 
• Completion systems setup ensuring the building handover and commissioning system is pre-built for iterative completion and defined handover approach.  
• Implementing digital analytics strategy in conjunction with data specialists to track each workflow and action in order to measure real time progress for completion risk management.
• Track daily documentation progress and update teams to ensure correct metrics are available for Cx meetings
• Assist project completion effort on both CSA and MEP systems
• Monitor and collate information on engineering deliverables such as technical submittals, red-line drawings, RFIs, etc.
• Ability to do a “first pass” QA review on documentation to ensure completeness prior to technical review.  
• Provide various reporting on progress

Show your expertise

Technical Skills: 

• Ideally possess hands-on experience and knowledge of QCx digital completion systems such as: EIDA, BIM360, BIMACC, Cx Alloy, Facility Grid, Procore, other similar
• Basic understanding of data analytics
• Ideally have previous experience in a similar role within a technical environment

Your Profile: 

• 3+ years’ experience in Documentation and Information Systems with specific experience in the Data Centre industry.
• A good level of experience of operating QA systems under self-direction
• Ability to meet deadlines under pressure and on own initiative. 
• Excellent organisational skills
• Excellent IT skills – Microsoft Office to advanced level coupled with experience using a document management system in a technical environment is essential
