Are you interested in managing significant high-tech construction projects in future-oriented sectors such as data center industry? Then you've come to the right place! As a Construction Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the smooth execution of complex Data Center projects. This role is based in Frankfurt am Main. 

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Construction management of Data Center Projects with focus mechanical 
• Ensuring that construction projects are carried according to schedule and a high level of quality
• Meetings and correspondence with subcontractors and technical contact for our customers
• Responsibility for coordinating construction participants and subcontractors, as well as leading the construction site team
• Schedule planning and monitoring construction progress
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with EHS regulations
• Conducting site inspections and acceptance inspections
• Recording defects and tracking defect resolution progress
• Measurement creation and billing for construction projects

Show your expertise

• Relevant qualification in construction (e.g., master's or technician qualification), or a completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, building services engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in construction management
• Good knowledge of building codes, local regulations and standards 
• Willingness to travel within D-A-CH region and to stay on site for 5 days during project assignments
• Intercultural competence, team spirit and ability to work independently
• Excellent English skills, German skills are an advantage
