Are you interested in managing significant high-tech construction projects in future-oriented sectors such as data center industry? Then you've come to the right place! As a Construction Manager (m/f/d), you are on the construction sites overseeing our subcontractors as well as managing the execution of complex Data Center projects.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Construction management of Data Center projects with a focus on electrical engineering
• Ensuring standard-compliant installation and integration of electrical systems, including medium and low-voltage systems, power distribution and control technology
• Coordination and supervision of subcontractors as well as an overall view of what is happening on site at the construction site
• Checking and approving technical documents such as cable plans, circuit diagrams and test reports
• Documenting construction progress and reporting to site management
• Ensuring compliance with EHS regulations
• Participation in site inspections, acceptance and coordination meetings
• Recording and tracking defects
• Taking measurements and checking the documents submitted by subcontractors

Show your expertises

• Construction engineering backround
• Professional experience in construction supervision or execution of electrical engineering projects
• Knowledge of the typical Electrical systems associated with Data Centres
• Knowledge of building laws, local regulations and standards
• Strong intercultural skills, team spirit and an independent way of working
• Very good written and spoken Italian and English language skills
